Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish for any reason to return an item, we are pleased to offer you an exchange or full refund of the returned products provided that your request will be placed within 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition, packaging and sandals’ under sole membrane cover intact. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange or refund you the money for items that are damaged, scratched or by any mean not in their original condition.
Cost of return is NOT covered by Nemesis Sandals. Bear in mind that we will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
The refund period may vary between 5 and 10 working days from reception of your return at our premises. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by an e-mail. The refund of the product only, will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items, the corresponding postage and your return expenses.
All returns must be sent to the address stated during return procedure and by Registered Post ONLY in order to avoid any customs delays.
