Nemesis Sandals supports the following payment methods:

  • CREDIT CARD

Payments by Credit, Debit and Pre-Paid cards by VISA, MASTERCARD & MAESTRO.
To provide a safe electronic credit card environment, we use the security system powered by Piraeus Bank, Greece, which is based on international protection company transactions (globe-ssl) supporting a secure transaction environment.

In order to complete this payment method, you will be redirected to the Piraeus Bank environment. The credit card will be charged after the control, verification and validation of the card. The customer is the only responsible person for the right registration and for the correct information of his / her credit card.

  • PAYPAL

By using PayPal’s system platform.

When PayPal is used, your financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction.
In order to complete this payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal
website. In the PayPal website you should follow the instructions found and then complete the order on the nemesis-sandals.com online boutique.
The total amount will be debited from your account at PayPal and there are no
additional costs to use this service.

  • C.O.D. (CASH ON DELIVERY) Only applicable for deliveries in Greece.

The customer pays the courier company, which acts on behalf of nemesis-sandals.com by the delivery of the product in the location indicated by the customer.

delivery & shipping

Our sandals are handmade upon order, therefore please allow a time period of approximately 10 -15 days to prepare them. Shipment will then take place immediately. Once shipped, you will get notified by an email advising you the tracking number of the shipment.

Orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU) will be subjected to custom taxes and duties. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods.

Please check carefully your local custom tax and duty costs. Nemesis Sandals is not responsible for duties and tariffs imposed by the destination country.

For shipping costs and delivery time, (once dispatched), please check the following table.

  • Greece: Elta Courier, 3€ (2 working days).
  • European Union: UPS or DHL (economy) 10€ (4-5 working days) & UPS or DHL (Express) 20€ (2 working days)
  • Europe NON-EU, USA & Canada: UPS or DHL (Express) 20€ (2-3 working days)
  • Rest of the world: UPS or DHL (Express) 25€ (2-3 working days)

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for orders over 200€.

Important Notice

Due to high tariff rates imposed by the customs in some countries, we suggest to use the Registered Post only. The cost is 20€ and delivery time is between 10-15 working days, (depending on location). Such an option will be automatically offered during your check out and after stating the destination country. Such countries are:

returns, exchanges & refunds

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish for any reason to return an item, we are pleased to offer you an exchange or full refund of the returned products provided that your request will be placed within 14 days after receiving your order. For more information, please contact our customer service team at: customer@nemesis-sandals.com

Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition, packaging and sandals’ under sole membrane cover intact. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange or refund you the money for items that are damaged, scratched or by any mean not in their original condition.

Cost of return is NOT covered by Nemesis Sandals. Bear in mind that we will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.

The refund period may vary between 5 and 10 working days from reception of your return at our premises. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by an e-mail. The refund of the product only, will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items, the corresponding postage and your return expenses.

All returns must be sent to the address stated during return procedure and by Registered Post ONLY in order to avoid any customs delays.
